INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PLAN AND MEASURES

Patents

1. Before applying for patents, the company will conduct prior art/patent searches based on product characteristics to prevent infringement risks.

2. Once a patent is granted, matters related to maintenance, utilization, and protection will be handled by dedicated personnel in accordance with relevant management regulations.

3. If patent infringement is discovered, legal action may be taken to request the removal of the infringement or seek compensation for damages caused by the infringement.

  Trademarks

1. After obtaining trademark rights, the trademarks will be applied to company documents, advertisements, products, packaging, etc., to
establish factual usage of the trademark.

2. To protect trademark rights, an extension will be applied before the expiration of the trademark protection period.

3. If a registered trademark is infringed, legal action may be taken to request the removal of the infringement or seek compensation for
damages caused by the infringement.

Trade Secret Management

1. When employees join the company, they sign a "Confidentiality Agreement" or "Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete Agreement," which clearly states the ownership and confidentiality obligations regarding intellectual property (including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, etc.) and includes non-compete provisions.

2. The company signs a "Vendor Confidentiality Agreement" with suppliers, specifying the ownership and confidentiality obligations regarding intellectual property (including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, etc.) and detailing damage compensation terms.

3. When an employee leaves the company, they sign a "Confidentiality Commitment upon Departure," pledging that all trade secrets obtained during their employment have been returned, deleted, or destroyed.

4. If an employee, regardless of their employment status, is found to have leaked or violated confidentiality obligations, the company will pursue legal accountability.
